Dr Mervyn Chin is a GDC-registered Specialist in Orthodontics with over 25 years of experience across Asia and Europe. A graduate of the National University of Singapore, he went on to earn a Master’s in Orthodontics from UCL’s prestigious Eastman Dental Institute and a PhD from the University of Groningen, Netherlands.

 

One of the few orthodontists in London to achieve Platinum Invisalign status, Dr Chin also holds certifications in WIN and Incognito lingual brace systems. He specialises in advanced orthodontic technologies, from self-ligating braces to digital treatment planning and temporary anchorage devices.

 

Internationally recognised for his research, Dr Chin is a former recipient of both the WJB Houston Scholarship (European Orthodontic Society) and the Ubbo Emmius Scholarship. He continues to publish and review academic literature while maintaining a warm, approachable manner with patients of all ages.
