Adult & Family Dental Care
Private Dental Care for You and Your Family
Shaftesbury Dental Care is primarily an adult-focused private dental practice, providing preventive, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in London’s West End. We’re also happy to care for the children of our patients, making it possible for families to have their routine dental care looked after by the same practice.
Whether you’re visiting for a routine examination, maintaining your oral health, considering a change to your smile or require more complex treatment, we’ll take the time to understand your needs and provide clear, personalised advice.

Comprehensive Adult Dental Care
Our clinicians provide a broad range of adult dental care, from routine examinations and preventive dentistry to teeth whitening, orthodontics, composite bonding, veneers, crowns, bridges, root canal treatment, dental implants and dentures. This allows us to consider your oral health as a whole and, where more than one treatment is needed, coordinate your care across our team.
Preventive Care for Long-Term Oral Health
Regular dental examinations and hygiene appointments remain at the centre of good oral health. We focus on identifying problems early, preserving healthy natural tooth structure wherever possible and helping you maintain your teeth for the long term. Our approach is conservative and patient-centred, and we'll explain the appropriate options and recommend treatment based on your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Dental Care for Your Children, Too
We know that many of our patients would prefer the convenience and reassurance of having their family's routine dental care provided by a practice they already know and trust. Although Shaftesbury Dental Care is primarily an adult practice, we're happy to see the children of our patients for routine dental examinations and preventive care where appropriate.
If your child requires specialist paediatric dental care, sedation or treatment beyond the services we provide, we'll explain this clearly and advise you when referral to an appropriate specialist would be in their best interests.
